Luthor Mansion lies near the outskirts of Smallville in a heavily wooded area, affording absolute seclusion. The castle was transported across the Atlantic from Scotland to its present site in Smallville in 1989, where it was painstakingly reconstructed stone by stone.

The Talon is located at 220 Main Street. The building has an apartment located at the top, accessed through internal stairs and a basement used for storage. Also, it still has the original theater that on occasions provides functions to the public.

The Smallville Dam overlooks Crater Lake, is a large lake in Burnham Woods that was once filled with meteor fragments. It is now a popular swimming destination for Smallville residents and teens.

Smallville High School, or Smallville High, is Smallville's high school for grades 9-12. The mascot is a crow, and the school colors are goldenrod and red. All students are required to complete 30 hours of community service.

Located in Lawrence, Kansas, the Winchester home has been renovated as a safe house for those visiting. The basement has also been upgraded to a hub for Watchtower.

Harvelle's Roadhouse is a saloon in Nebraska, named after Bill Harvelle, frequented by Hunters, run by Bill's widow Ellen and her daughter Jo.

Located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is owned by Bobby Singer. The property consists of several acres covered in stacked, wrecked cars, Bobby’s house, and outbuildings. Trees and a wooden fence ring the area.
